Terms and Conditions at CC Cosmetics ApS

Prices:

• All prices at CC Cosmetics ApS are in Danish Kroner, inclusive of VAT and taxes. 
• Prices are subject to change without prior consent, and we reserve the right to adjust them.
• Subject to availability of items.

Payment:

• We accept payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer.
• Payment is processed when the item is dispatched.
• All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and inclusive of VAT.
• We are not responsible for pricing errors or out-of-stock/discontinued items.

Delivery:

• We aim to dispatch orders received before 17:00 on the same day; otherwise, they will be sent the following business day.
• We deliver throughout Denmark with shipping costs starting from 75 DKK.
• We deliver internationally with shipping cost that depends on the costumers location.
• Items are delivered to the specified delivery address.
• Shipments are handled by Post Nord or GLS.
• Note: If the delivery point is full, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified.
• For any issues, please contact customer service.
• Deliveries are made on all weekdays, with items delivered 1-3 business days after the order in Denmark. 2-3 days in Europe and 3-5 days Internationally. 
• Special delivery conditions may apply to certain items, detailed prior to purchase.

Warranty:

• A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with consumer protection laws.
• Applicable for material and/or manufacturing defects.
• Remedies include repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the situation.
• Does not cover damage resulting from improper handling of the product/service.
• Notify us of defects/malfunctions within a reasonable time, and return costs are covered by CC Cosmetics ApS to a reasonable extent.

Returns Policy:

• 14-day full return policy for items purchased in our webshop.
• The period begins on the day you receive the order.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Notification of return must be sent within 14 days of purchase.
• Returns to be sent to CC Cosmetics ApS, Tulipanhaven 69, 8381, Tilst
• Items excluded from the return policy are specified.

Refunds:

• Include bank details for refund processing.
• Refunds for all payments received, including delivery costs (except extra costs due to a chosen non-standard delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the return notification.
• Refunds made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund may be withheld until the item is returned, or proof of return is provided.

• Necessary information for entering into an agreement and making purchases: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Details of the purchased item.
• Processing of personal data follows the rules outlined in CC Cosmetics ApS's privacy policy.
• Information on data processing, deletion, and your rights as a registered user is available in the privacy policy.

Complaints:

• If you have a complaint about a product purchased from our webshop, it can be submitted to the Center for Dispute Resolution at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
